David Simon
Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Simon Property Group, Inc.
David Simon has served as Chairman of the Company since 2007, CEO of the Company or its predecessor since 1995 and President of the Company since February 2019; a director of the Company or its predecessor since its incorporation in 1993; and President of the Company’s predecessor from 1993 to 1996. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Simon was an investment banker at two Wall Street firms, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and leveraged buyouts. He is the nephew of Mr. Herbert Simon.
